At OGato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all designer tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality team inspects the arrival.
